Adaeze Okoli

I'm a recent Harvard MBA grad who just started as Chief of Staff at a food nonprofit based in New York City. Before graduate school, I worked in public policy, helping cities, states, and the federal government measure social impact. I also have startup experience, working primarily with social enterprise founders in the food and agriculture space. This is my first time as chief of staff, and I would love guidance and learn best practices from those with experience.
