In my role, I oversee strategic business initiatives to help raise awareness of the importance of Girl Scouting and assist with the implementation of major organizational goals to ensure a high-quality Girl Scout Leadership Experience across our organization's 30 county footprint.
My love for working in the non-profit sector started with my service in the United States Peace Corps in East Africa and South America where I worked closely with several grassroots non-profit organizations devoted to making a difference in the world.
I look forward to connecting with like minded business professionals who can relate to the challenges faced by chiefs of staff so that we can support each other in the ongoing quest for professional development.

Serving in management roles for over a decade in large non-profits such as the American Red Cross and the Girl Scouts has provided me with many insights on the topics of management and leadership that I am happy to share with others. My experiences in local leadership development courses such as the Martin Luther King Jr., Leadership Development Institute of Greater Harrisburg and the Leadership Harrisburg Area's Community Leadership Series have helped me better understand how these lessons can be applied to a wide variety of organizations, from small non-profit organizations to larger for-profit businesses.
