I spent the last year 7 years growing a remote-first global SaaS company from 15 employees to 350 employees in 30+ countries, where I played various roles of starting up our US entity (operations, legal, finance, HR and Talent Acquisition) to sales, customer success and partnerships globally. In some ways, I was a CoS this entire time, so I'm excited to finally find this official role and community to continue on my path of growth.
In my previous life, I was a B2B Marketer and also failed at growing a nonprofit fundraising tech company. I am also very involved in the local community with economic revitalization efforts, as well as by serving on the board of a Children's Museum.
And last but not least, I'm the mom of 2 amazing children under 5 years old, I have traveled to over 30+ countries, was an avid poker player, and am proud to be self-made and the daughter of Vietnamese refugees.

I've experienced the challenges of an M&A of two companies of equal sizes, but with drastically different cultures and operations. As part of this, I've also gone through a rebrand, new product launch and entire new tool stack.
