I am a passionate, servant leader dedicated to fostering organizational alignment, building trust, and connecting with people. I execute with an entrepreneurial spirit that comes from my upbringing in the restaurant business. Empathy and emotional intelligence (EQ) are my super strengths. I enjoy managing change in growing companies and getting s*** done! I hope to learn how to make a pivot into a formal CoS role and I'm open to sharing my experiences to others where I can be of service on your journeys. One fun fact is that I have a creative side that has cropped up in cake decorating, interior design, digital illustrations, crafting with the kids, and where allowed - in work presentations.
