Heidi Schimoler

I am currently the Head of Operations at a venture backed health tech start up focusing on psychedelic-assisted therapies. I am preparing to move into a Chief of Staff role, with a focus on strategic projects. My transition timeline will be based on us filling my current role but I have begun to take on CoS responsibilities/tasks. This will be the first time I'm in a CoS role and the first time the organization will have a CoS. I'm excited to learn more about how others are operating in the role to assist myself and the organization.
