Katie Wells

I'm currently the Director of Strategy and Ops for a prop-tech startup. I lead high-impact cross-organizational projects and initiatives. I also assist and support individual executive team members with ad hoc projects and targeted process improvement interventions. My goal is to transition into a chief of staff role this year, either at my current company or a different startup.
