I am transitioning into a CoS role in February. I've worked at a scale-up for the last 4 years and am thrilled to be moving into this new role after working in a similar position for the last year. I am keen to learn, a textbook over-achiever, and want to find tangible ways to improve my knowledge in the role. In these types of questions, we only ever talk about our professional selves but I think it's important to share a bit about myself personally as well. I am passionate about whole food plant-based eating (but still love some dairy-free ice cream), third wave coffee fanatic, planning a wedding, and a regular hot yoga practitioner.
