Mauricio Moel
I was born and raised in Guadalajara, Mexico (the place where Tequila is originally from) before going to Boston for college.
During the pandemic, I co-founded a clinical nutrition start-up named Keto Kind that is now part of Nestle Health Sciences and then joined my current company AgelessRx, where we are focus on chronic disease prevention and longevity in the summer of 2022. I've seen Ageless grow from ~10 full-time employees to over 65, but am pretty new to the Chief of Staff role as I only really started in Q4 of '23.
I love anything that revolves around start-ups, health, travel, and NBA analytics, so look forward to meeting many other chiefs of staff!

I do not consider myself a pro by any means yet, but the one thing that has really changed my performance as a Chief of Staff is having a notebook next to me all the time to write down any and all ad-hocs/requests that come my way. At the end of the day, I transcribe all of them to a To-Do list and that way keep track of all the moving pieces.
