Noel Miller

Noel serves as EVP, Chief of Staff and is responsible for partnering with Docebo’s CEO and Executive team to drive strategic initiatives and programs that support operational excellence across the organization. Noel brings more than 15 years of experience assisting early-stage and growth stage, technology and technology enabled startups. She developed her management experience in people focused, operational, sales and product management roles. Prior to her current role at Docebo Noel held the role of VP, People at Lightship a series B clinical trials delivery company where she was responsible for working with the executive team to establish structure and processes that cultivate and support a high performing team. From 2014 to 2021 Noel supported Docebo’s growth in North America holding operations and people roles in support organization's scale leading up to the IPO on the TSX in October 2019 and listing on Nasdaq in December 2020. I am excited to be a member of the community so I can learn from and support other individuals holding the CoS role. FUN FACT: I have three dogs, all doodles, who are more work than my two teenage children :).
