Saleha Ali

I have been working with a London based biotech currently raising their Series A since autumn 2023. During this period, my role has evolved with the needs of the company including helping to set up key corporate functions such as HR and building out People and Operations in alignment with our growth strategy. Prior to this, I was Business Manager at a global IT consultancy in the office of the CEO where my role was responsible for delivering on key LT activities as well as developing the RoB, communication flow and culture of the 24 strong LT. Before that, I have worked in Executive Assistant roles across various industries, primarily in large corporates.
